Payment and Shipping
While we continue to work on more suitable payment options, at this time, we only accept payments via PayPal as it is our customers’ most preferred payment method. We don’t have an automated checkout yet and ask our customers to send payments directly to our PayPal account.
When you send money to a personal PayPal and choose the “for goods and services” option, your purchase is protected by PayPal itself, so you can always request a refund.
On our side, we offer a guarantee on all of our orders – if you’re not satisfied with the results after one month, you can contact us, and we will issue a refund.
PayPal’s policy is ambiguous about payments for medicine. Any account that receives payments for medicines is at risk of being blocked. But we continue to use this payment method because it is the most convenient for customers, with one request: not to mention anything about medicines in the description of the payment. This is to ensure that our PayPal account is not blocked and our service continues to be as easy as possible for customers.

We ship from our stock in the U.S.
We ship within the U.S. to all 50 states. We do not ship to overseas military addresses.
We also ship to the U.K.
Shipping to other countries is not available at this time.
Shipping within the U.S. takes up to 5 business days with USPS, UPS, or FedEx.
International shipping takes approximately 14 business days with USPS. International shipping may take longer due to delays in customs clearance. We are unable to expedite the customs clearance process.
Also, it takes 1-3 business days for us to prepare your order before shipping it out.
Shipping within the U.S. is $30. International shipping is $40.
Shipping from Turkey is $50.

Semaglutide is shipped in powder form, which is more resistant to temperatures. Thus, it can be stored out of the fridge for longer due to the preservatives being used and freeze-drying manufacturing technology. However, Semaglutide should be stored in a refrigerator to retain its properties once solved.
Return and Refund
Yes, you can. All returns must be postmarked within twenty-one (21) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached (packaging has not been opened, and the product has not been used in any way).
To return an item, please email customer service at support@semaspace.com to obtain a return authorization and request a return address.
Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.
